Greece is the Word

The food, the views, the cats.... Greece ticked all those boxes, but I didn't expect how much the colors would inspire me. I'm usually more of reds and green kinda gal. From hazy pink peach sunsets to bold blues, the smaller islands of the Cyclades opened my eyes to so many new possibilities.


Cerulean blue was a given, but the range of blues! And how they changed as the sun shifted from morning to evening. I savored every hue.


Here's just a few of my photos. The Greek sun and heat had me a little worried. I'm definitely not built for that kind of weather. But I soaked it all in. If you have a chance to visit the Cyclades on a small vessel (I was on the National Geographic / Lindblad Orion), I highly recommend it.
